About
I've worked in Silicon Valley startups and in fintech, building the plumbing nobody notices until it breaks: messaging systems, multi-country launches, platform work, etc. Along the way I helped teams grow without falling apart, which turns out to be the harder problem.
None of it was invented by me. Most of it I learned by getting it wrong first.
What I think about
AI is going to change everything the way the internet did, only about ten times faster. Is there a bubble? Probably. Does it matter much? Not really... the internet survived 2001 too.
What I find more interesting is the day-to-day part: what a team looks like when agents write most of the code, what a senior engineer is actually for, and how you keep quality up when output goes 10x.
